Investor and Entrepreneur
The Investor and Entrepreneur visa routes are best suited to high-net-worth individuals and businesses looking to make substantial financial investment in the UK. Eligible candidates for an investor visa route should be willing to invest a minimum of £2,000,000.
Alternatively, you may be eligible to apply for a Start-up visa if you want to launch a pioneering business in the UK for the first time (it must be something that’s different from anything else on the market). Sole representatives of overseas businesses planning to join the UK market, either by setting up a UK branch or wholly owned subsidiary, can apply for the Representative of an Overseas Business visa.
You can no longer apply to enter the UK as a Tier 1 entrepreneur or Tier 1 (Graduate) entrepreneur. If you are currently in the UK under one of those routes, you may still extend your stay in the UK and settle (under those routes). Your family members (dependants) can still apply to join you.
Young graduates currently holding a student visa also have the opportunity to change to either one of the investor visas once they meet all the criteria.
Here are some of the routes under the investor and entrepreneur visa category our business immigration team can assist you with – Global Talent visa ; Innovator visa; Sole Representative of an Overseas Business; Start-up visa; Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and Tier 1 Investor visa.
Your family members (dependants) can apply to join you.
